Police Arrest Man Who Shot Up SPS Community Policing Office Monday
- October 6, 2025
Police in Surrey are making a rash of arrests of criminals who are doing shootings, extortion, arson and other crimes with their newly created joint taskforce designed to go after criminals, especially Indian criminals who came to Canada using government’s ill-advised student visa program and were sent and are being used by criminal syndicates like Lawerence Bishnoi gang, recently declared terrorist group, and the Indian intelligence agencies. And when a criminal decided to shoot up Surrey Police Service’s Community Policing station on Monday, the taskforce members quickly chased him down and arrested him.

SURREY – Police in Surrey are making a rash of arrests of criminals who are doing shootings, extortion, arson and other crimes with their newly created joint taskforce designed to go after criminals, especially Indian criminals who came to Canada using government’s ill-advised student visa program and were sent and are being used by criminal syndicates like Lawerence Bishnoi gang, recently declared terrorist group, and the Indian intelligence agencies.
And when a criminal decided to shoot up Surrey Police Service’s Community Policing station on Monday, the taskforce members quickly chased him down and arrested him.
One unnamed man is in custody and Surrey Police Service (SPS) is investigating following a mid-afternoon shots fired incident in Surrey’s Whalley neighbourhood.
At approximately 3:13 pm SPS officers who were nearby reported that a man was shooting near the Gateway Skytrain Station at University Drive and 108 Avenue, Surrey. No officers or members of the public were injured, and the man fled.
Officers quickly located the man at the front of SPS’s District 1 Community Police Office where additional shots were reportedly fired.
Officers from the Lower Mainland Integrated Emergency Response Team (IERT) and the Lower Mainland Integrated Police Dog Service (IPDS) responded to assist SPS officers. IERT and IPDS were able to safely take the man into custody.
SPS’s District 1 Community Police Office was temporarily closed as the RCMP’s Explosive Disposal Unit (EDU) responded to search a bag left in the District 1 office by the suspect. The bag was checked and determined not to contain anything suspicious.
Officers remained on scene to examine the area for physical and digital evidence. Much of the area is expected to the closed to vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic throughout the remainder of the afternoon and evening.
Anyone with information about this incident, or anyone who may have been in the area of Gateway Skytrain Station, 108 Avenue, King George Boulevard, and 107A Avenue between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm and witnessed the shots fired or actions of the suspect, or has CCTV or dashcam footage, is asked to contact the SPS non-emergency line at 604-599-0502 and quote file number 25-87819 (SP) or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or www.solvecrime.ca.
