Extortion Shootings Continue In Surrey As Punjabi Insurance Broker Targeted
- November 14, 2025

Extortion shootings continue in Surrey as the latest victim is a well known Surrey insurance broker whose South Surrey house was shot up twice in a few days this week. Surrey Police Service (SPS) and RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) said shots were fired at a Surrey residence but did not identify the victim but social media has identified the victim as the owner of a big insurance firm in Surrey. At approximately 7:35 pm on November 12, 2025, RCMP SPOSU officers responded to calls of possible shots fired at a residence located in the 17000 block of 32 Avenue, Surrey. This is the second time this address has been targeted, and the incident is extortion related. No injuries occurred as a result of the incident, police said.
